Hi, my name is Kyle Ford and I’m a licensed electrician. I founded my business in 2020 with the goal of offering multi-trade solutions at competitive rates. I specialize in troubleshooting and installing a variety of systems including electrical, lighting, appliances, and more. Growing up, I always had a knack for fixing things and a desire to learn new skills. Coming from a family with a strong background in construction, I learned the value of hard work and attention to detail from a young age. I began my apprenticeship in electrical work in 2017, and then in 2020, I became a technician. I decided to start my own business to share my skills and help others with their home repair and maintenance needs. Some of my favorite projects to take on are kitchen and bathroom renovations. I love the way that upgraded lighting can breathe new life into a dated space. In addition to traditional lighting options, there are also a variety of smart fixtures that can be integrated into your space to add a touch of innovation and convenience. These fixtures are not only really cool, but they can also help to make your home more efficient and cost-effective.

I can’t say enough good things about Ford’s Fix it! Kyle was fully booked for the week and I had an emergency electrical issue on a Thursday and he came out on his day off knowing I needed it done asap to fix my issue that same weekend without overcharging! He came on time, work was beautifully done and cleaned up before he left! Kyle is now my go to electrician forever! Being a pro myself on thumbtack I can’t Thank you enough for all that you do! My dog has his camper back and his AC is working beautifully! I wouldn’t think twice about hiring Kyle his pricing is the best I’ve seen, doesn’t price gouge and is very easy to work with! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are free as long as the customer is within our service radius. However we do charge a service fee for diagnostic work. We offer military, teacher, and first responder discounts on full projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will come out to review the project and then provide an estimate. If everything is approved I get the customer on the schedule and provide a time frame for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
