- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are free as long as the customer is within our service radius. However we do charge a service fee for diagnostic work. We offer military, teacher, and first responder discounts on full projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will come out to review the project and then provide an estimate. If everything is approved I get the customer on the schedule and provide a time frame for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my apprenticeship in electrical work in 2017, and then in 2020, I became a technician. I decided to start my own business to share my skills and help others with their home repair and maintenance needs.
