The response time is poor. Nick did several jobs for me, which were left uncompleted. There was grout in my bathroom tile that was not finished and outside cracks in my foundation were not completed. I reached out to him two weeks ago to complete the jobs before I left a review. Also, there was an upstairs window that was needed to be replaced, which was not done. He responded to me that he would finish the jobs and also replace the window. I already paid for the jobs to be done. It has been two weeks and there has still been no response.
