Teresa and Anthony Oglesby (Maid for You) have been providing services to my household for three months. I so appreciate the personal nature of their business approach. They've taken the time to understand our lifestyle and have tailored services to meet our needs, always giving special attention to those things they know are particularly important to me. They use quality cleaning products without heavy scents that are specially suited to the surfaces and materials to be cleaned so the house smells fresh rather than medicinal and I never worry about long term damage from products that are too strong. Teresa and Anthony are thorough, efficient and professional and the house literally sparkles when they're done! I couldn't be more pleased with the relationship we've developed. Maid for you is the Nordstrom of cleaning services - excellent quality product, highly personal service, customer focused - I recommend them without question.

Teresa was extremely prompt in not only reaching out to set up the estimate but quick to arrive, gave a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule me not long after. She arrived early for the cleaning and was very concerned with making sure everything was done just right. She has great attention to detail and cares about doing a good job. I try to be fair, yet reasonable, when giving quotes. I am also willing to match and or beat competitor rates!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a walk through of the clients home first. This gives me an idea of the over all condition of the home, square footage and the opportunity to meet with the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My cleaning career is mostly self educated. I try to stay up on the latest cleaning products, tools, cleaning knowledge that works well for my clients. Doing this helps me to make suggestions to clients. I also network with other businesses that I feel will benefit my clients best. I am also a certified dental assistant, preschool teacher and virtual assistant!
