- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do projects with a minimum of $2,000 except for services like irrigation or landscape lighting repair or winterization, but we do have a minimum of $300
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand what they’re looking for is priority because we may not be the right fit. If we do provide services that your looking for we make a site visit then put together a plan before putting boots on the ground.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this type of work since 2020 in areas of electrical, irrigation and retaining walls and landscape. Started as a kid but things are very different now.
