Blake was very professional and helpful with the staff and our insecurities when being photographed. He taught us little tricks to help with things like double chin and fat arms lol. He was also very helpful when trying to do something out of the box and getting more personal photos.

I thoroughly enjoyed this photography session with Blake. Since these head shots are being used for book covers, magazine articles and product design, he had to capture my personality as well as deliver a clean photo for my design team. He definitely did that even though we'd never met. In fact, I actually didn't see the need for any touch ups to be done he did such a great job. Good thing he's the one with the eye for what looks good and not me. :-)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to collaborate and get as much info before hand. That way we are on the same page working toward your goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in a creative way for most of my life. I used to draw and paint a lot but moved to photography in 2010.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I initially got a digital camera to take product photos for a website I was building. Deep down I really wanted an excuse to buy a nice camera. I took over 20,000 shots the first year with a DSLR and haven't slowed down creating.
