- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies based on event type though I typically prefer to use a per hour flat rate with any additional time being an add on cost. Deposit is due upon scheduling to get on the calendar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I 1st like to meet with them to get a clear understanding of what they’re looking for, get a layout of the area and test the lighting and then I inform them of what my plans will be and make sure we are on the same page and that they understand my vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 1000’s of hours of hands on training with some of the best photographers in the Midwest.
