I needed annual service on my garage door and opener. I chose ProLift because the company that I had used did not respond after three attempts. They responded within a couple of hours and completed the service I needed. James was the technician who responded and he was extremely professional and very courteous. He made a couple of suggestions that would improve the performance of my garage door. There was no hard sell.

I received a response quickly and was updated with the technician's name and expected time of arrival. James was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed and provided us a quote to complete the job. We felt the quote was very reasonable. James had a few other jobs to takecare of but was able to return laterin the afternoon to do the work. We are very happy with James' work and prompt response. Great customer service! We will definitely use ProLift Garage Doors in the future.

My tech came and accessed my garage door. It was very, very close to falling, which I felt was the case!! Allen looked it over and called me back out to explain the parts and costs and I was so pleased when he said he could replace, adjust and FIX IT immediately. It is a huge relief to know that I no longer have the problem. I felt the cost was reasonable, too. Allen was very professional, and clean :), very polite and friendly. If I could have ordered the perfect experience with ProLift, it would have been this one. Thanks so much Allen!
