I enjoy working with people and helping them make home improvements. I have been working in the home improvement/real estate industry since 2000. I have been a licensed Home Inspector since 2005, a licensed Real Estate Agent and a specialty contractor so I can help you with many of your needs, whether it's getting your house repaired to put it on the market to sell or day to day upkeep to ensure your house is well maintained. I also just recently became a member of the Association of Certified Handyman Professionals (ACHP). I am always open to working with and showing homeowners how to do odd jobs around the house so that they might be able to perform minor repairs themselves. Gary was on time, figured out the problem, went to Home Depot to retrieve the correct part and then proceeded to fix the lock in my sliding glass door in record time. He was very nice and I will definitely use him again.

I hired Gary to clean out my flower garden. He ground 3 stumps, tilled and spread peat and soil for me. He ran into problems with the stumps, and went over his estimated time, but didn't even hint that he should be paid more. I will use again.

Gary was very punctual. He did a wonderful job putting together and installing my new ceiling fan. He went above and beyond to get a problem with the fan taken care of. It took additional time that he did not charge me for. He is very conscientious and professional. I will be giving him referrals.

Wow. What a great experience I had when I hired Another Handyman. Gary is very professional and was very prompt. I had to have my old dishwasher replaced and Gary was the one for the job. He is very accurate and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. I will definitely be calling on him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and set my pricing to be fair for the quality work you get from me. You will always have a 6 month warranty on my labor for any job I complete. I am always open to discussion if you feel my pricing is too high so that we can try and work through the issue.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet new customers in person so that they can ask any questions about their project as well ask me any questions so they will feel comfortable with me being their handyman.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I feel my 18 years of experience from building my own log home to helping others is a big factor that relates to my training and work experience. Also being a licensed Home Inspector, Realtor and Specialty Contractor represents the knowledge and education that I have put forth to maintain my growth in the residential market.
