I highly recommend this company. I was referred to them by our plumber who was able to confirm that a leak existed under the slab but didn't have the necessary equipment to determine its precise location. Jerrad and the team at American Leak were professional and courteous, explaining everything along the way. They were respectful of our house and avoided unnecessary demolition whenever possible. American Leak was understanding in the urgency and scheduled us in quickly. The team also went above and beyond when cleaning up after themselves. If you know you have a leak, call them first!

I'm sorry that I only have 5 stars to review this company. Exceptional customer service and i can't say enough about how fantastic they are. Let me start with the intial phone call. She was super nice and did everything possible to help. I explained that i had a bad PRV buried that i could not locate. 2 big name plumbing companies came and were unable to locate. When Brendan arrived he had located it within a matter of minutes. He then replaced the valve and the shut off. I can't express how thankful i am for this company. From the beginning to the end they certainly were Exceptional. Highly recommend !

This is the second time we’ve used American Leak Detection to find a slab leak in our home. This time around we had multiple leaks on the main line and it was a nightmare. They determined exactly where the leaks were (magic, I tell ya) and then explained my options for repair. We opted for rerouting the main line through the attic. Jerrad, Chris, and Craig came out first thing in the AM and did the repair with as minimal removal of sheet rock possible. They checked the pressure which was off. They fixed that issue and made sure everything was turned back on and running as it should. They even cleaned up afterwards. They really did a great job and we are so grateful!

I’ve had a horror story of issues with my pipes in my home for the past four months… Jackie and Kendall have been the kindest people to deal with during this ordeal. Jarred and Chris were great technicians. The quality and level of service has been excellent. This is what customer service looks like!!!
