FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always a price to drive out. It helps eat out customers that aren’t truly serious about having their project done. You would not drive to your job if you weren’t going to get paid something, right?? Neither would I 🤣
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figuring out what there issue is over the phone for a rough idea. Then getting to them & assessing there situation. Giving them a price & getting right to work! Or scheduling a different day that works for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked under a journeyman electrician & pumping & controls expert for a year & a half. Worked for a master electrician as well. Learned a lot in that process & also self educated during that time with different college courses on electrical theory & other things of the industry.
