- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mostly an upfront price but some jobs do require an hourly rate. I am upfront about pricing & discuss with you if there is a change in the original price for whatever reason. So no add on surprises for your final invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figuring out what there issue is over the phone for a rough idea. Then getting to them & assessing there situation. Giving them a price & getting right to work! Or scheduling a different day that works for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked under a journeyman electrician & pump & controls expert for a year & a half. Worked for a master electrician as well. Learned a lot in that process & also self educated during that time with different college courses on electrical theory & other things of the industry.
