- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is calculated using software designed by the insurance industry. As every job is different, an on-site inspection is needed to provide an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will speak with a potential customer to get an overview of the project and then schedule a convenient to time visit the home or business. Most times, I can visit the same day as the initial contact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with real world experience, we follow guidelines established by the IICRC.
