- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have three lines of work I perform. We 1) repair irrigation systems, 2) trim, maintain and remove trees and 3) organically change soil biology to make things grow better. If you need your irrigation repaired, I charge $75 hourly - just need a good description of your problem and your address. I'll usually be out within 24 hours. If you want a bid on the other two - I will come out, look at what you have and give you my recommendation and a bid, free of charge. Others may be less - but no one will do it better or give you better service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My customers range from individual homeowners, to builders and their landscapers, farmers, nurseries and garden centers, athletic fields and golf courses. The majority of my customers have become friends over the years. Most call and rely on me for recommendations of others who might do home repairs or other things we don't offer. We have customers who have been with us since we opened our doors.
