When we install three or four different products in one home, the prices go down versus just doing the hardwood or just doing the ceramic. When we do a combination of these products we give better prices than if they were just by themselves
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what their needs are and then give them a free on-site estimate. Going over details about what needs to be done and a lot of times what they can do to save them money.

Different certifications, numerous seminars, and 35 years experience.
