Carson flooring response time is almost instant. Our kitche and adjoining room had extensive water damage. Contcted my Insurance co. Asked them to handle all the hiring etc. They had a water restoring Co to remove flooring, drying and clean up. Then another co. to do the repairing of floor. They showed up actually before the water damage Co did. My wife picked the flooring and he left. A week goes by and he returns to temeasure flooring. A week later I received an 8 page quote. He never asked for any money upfront. 2 more weeks go by and I finally called him. My wife had picked the flooring 2 and a half weeks prier. He said he hasn't even ordered the flooring because he hasn't received any money from the Insurance co. I told him when he came not to worry about monies I would cover everything and then deal with the Ins. co. This all started Sept 24 2025. We just wanted it all repaired in time for Thanksgiving. It was now mid Oct. so I decided to get involved. Got on line looked up flooring CO's. Thumbtact

The 2-man crew arrived on time and worked as a team to handle the serious leveling problems in one room while installing flooring in the other room. Bill included me in decision making, such as how to best cover the steps. They did a thorough job of removing the old carpet and all of their own debris. They finished both rooms in one and a half days and both rooms look great! I would call them again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we install three or four different products in one home, the prices go down versus just doing the hardwood or just doing the ceramic. When we do a combination of these products we give better prices than if they were just by themselves
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what their needs are and then give them a free on-site estimate. Going over details about what needs to be done and a lot of times what they can do to save them money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Different certifications, numerous seminars, and 35 years experience.
