If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and affordable plumber, look no further than Brad at BB Plumbing!
I found BB Plumbing through Nextdoor after asking for recommendations from my neighbors. I also submitted a request for quotes through Yelp to several other plumbers for the same job—replacing the refill valves and flappers on two toilets. Brad responded quickly, and his estimate came in significantly lower than the others. One competitor quoted $585, while Brad quoted just $285—less than half the price.
From start to finish, his communication was outstanding. He told me exactly when he'd arrive the next morning and even sent a text when he was on his way.
When Brad arrived, he was completely prepared and got right to work. As he inspected the toilets, he discovered that one of them also needed a new shut-off valve. Rather than trying to upsell me, he actually demonstrated the lack of water flow so I could see the problem for myself. He replaced it and only charged me for the additional part on top of his already very reasonable estimate.
The entire job—including replacing both refill valves and flappers, shutting off the water to our condo building (after I notified the neighbors), replacing the shut-off valve, and getting everything back up and running—was completed in under an hour. It was honestly impressive to watch him work!
Brad is fast, efficient, knowledgeable, affordable, and, most importantly, honest. Those qualities can be hard to find these days, especially in a plumber.

He communicate very well and he did a phenomenal job on the bathroom, and he also went out of his way to check the dishwasher which he normally doesn’t do and he was really kind about it, but I would recommend him to anyone. Will be using again in the future.

I contacted Brad about changing out a new toilet for an existing one and doing a "reset" on another one in the house. His estimate was great; he arrived on time and ready to go. I was so impressed with his speed and professionalism. He worked quickly but never sacrificed doing an excellent job for speed. He spent time ensuring both toilets were solidly in place, shimming as necessary to ensure they were rock solid. And he cleaned up during the process, so when the job was complete, he grabbed his tools and the trash bag and headed out the door.
