Very impressed with Brandon’s integrity, professionalism, and expertise. We had a heavy leak in our shower that started on Saturday morning, 01/04/2020. No plumbing company seemed concerned and said they probably wouldn’t have the needed part on the truck and that parts stores would be closed until Monday, 01/06/2020, so they said to call them back on Monday! Through a service called “Thumbtack”, I contacted Brandon at Brandon’s Home Repairs because of his many outstanding ratings. Brandon texted that he could drop by at 6:00 pm on Sunday, 01/05/2020, and look at the problem. He showed up at exactly 6:00 pm. He was very thorough in explaining and showing me what the problem was. He gave me a choice of his coming back the next day with the parts to fix it...or (if it would not inconvenience us), he could go to Lowe’s before they closed and return within the hour to fix it. We chose the latter and Brandon returned shortly with the necessary parts, removed the old, worn out valves and installed new ones, tested for leaks, and everything was done within a 2 hour window, including his trip to Lowe’s! All this on a Sunday evening when plumbers are virtually impossible to find and if they are, would charge dearly for their premium time. Brandon’s charge was very reasonable and did not reflect any excessive amount that most plumbers would charge for their weekend work. We will definitely call on Brandon again for any “Handyman” type work that needs doing.

Brandon was the perfect handyman. I needed a new toilet installed and he picked it up at Lowe's, saving me a delivery fee. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and even took the packing box and old toilet away for disposal. He left the workspace immaculate. I will definitely hire him again and highly recommend him.
