I started this business when the industry failed and have grown each year despite the hard times. I am local and have lived in Charleston since 1964. Call me and let's talk about your project. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is per square foot and per foundation (slab or crawl). A crawlspace adds 50 dollars.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting details of the project (square footage, slab or crawlspace) I can provide a price quote. Your concerns are important and finding the time to inspect that meets your schedule is priority. With weekend inspections at no extra charge, I can get you scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
40 years work experience in multiple disciplines. Master Electrician, Electrical Instrumentation, Gyro Instrument technician, Associates degree in Engineering Technology, 4 yr Work Force Education degree, Chief Facility Engineer for NOAA, 18 years in the Charleston Naval Shipyard, 10 operating Boxer Home Inspection.
