Pricing for this line of work can be difficult. there are so many factors that go into pricing. Can't just go on the size of a property. The amount of pruning, edging, weed eating, blowing, types of grasses, how many beds. Clean ups are the most unpredictable due to the types of leaves, type of yard, etc.

Please make sure that you have someone who is professional, competent, and is ready to get the job done in a timely manner. Never pay someone by the hour, and NEVER give anyone any money upfront until the job is completed to your satisfaction
