My name is English Suggs and I have been a member of Angel Oak Crossfit for the last 4 years. I am a licensed personal trainer through NASM, National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have a 24 year background as a Physical Therapist Assistant where I have practiced in an outpatient setting as well as home health, assisted living and a skilled nursing facility. My love for helping people with their physical goals is what motivated me to become a personal trainer. I thrive on the one-on-one client relationship and the uninterrupted time with my client. I think it is important to establish a repour, really get to know your client, and design a program that is specifically tailored for their needs.

English is the most knowledgeable local personal trainer from Johns Island South Carolina. I love that she is passionate, caring and skilled.
