- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here’s how I guide every new couple from “hello” to treasured heirlooms: 1. Inquiry & Discovery You reach out, and I’ll follow up with a few questions to understand your style and priorities and get you scheduled! 2. Connection Call We hop on a 15–20 minute call to confirm availability, discuss investment tiers, and answer any questions you have. 3. Proposal & Booking I’ll send a custom proposal outlining coverage, deliverables, add‑on options and payment terms. A signed agreement and 25% deposit secure your date. 4. Your Session I arrive early, capture every moment—candid and posed. 5. Curation & Editing Within 5 weeks, I’ll hand‑select and artfully edit high‑resolution images. My weddings will see sneak-peeks in 24 hours. 6. Delivery & Keepsakes You’ll receive a private online gallery with print‑ready files and sharing links. Optional albums, prints and framed artwork can be ordered directly through your gallery portal. Throughout, I’m here to listen, advise and make sure your experience feels effortless.
