We are a FORTIFIED Roofing company. There are a thousand ways to put a roof on, but we have spent years researching stronger materials and stronger installation techniques that stand up to the hurricanes and the severe weather our region is prone to, so installing the strongest roofs in South Carolina is truly our specialty. We are one of just a few contractors in the state that is certified by the IBHS (Institute for Business and Home Safety) to install FORTIFIED Roofs. This means that, if you choose us to re-roof your home, you can receive a FORTIFIED Roof certificate to give to your insurance company to help lower your annual premiums and when severe weather does hit, you can feel confident that your home will be safer and your roof will perform better than your neighbors'.

We had older gutters replaced which involved replacing rotted wood, replacing facia and installing larger gutters and downspouts, cladding the facia and installing leaf filters and new dams and downspouts.Sea island residential did a great professional job in one day and left the site clean.They gve us very good advice to prevent future water damage
