I can’t say enough great things about Urgent Air Services. My HVAC system failed over the weekend, and at 6pm on a Sunday I started reaching out for quotes. Coty responded immediately. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful, walking me through multiple options that would work with my existing duct system. On the day of installation, his team showed up early at 7:45am and got straight to work. They spent the entire day making sure everything was installed correctly, running efficiently, and fully optimized. They didn’t just install the system, they made sure the new thermostats were properly set up and connected to the app so everything worked seamlessly. What really stood out was Coty himself taking the time to come out personally that morning, introduce himself, and clearly explain the entire process and timeline. That level of professionalism and customer care is rare. The entire crew was respectful, professional, and easy to work with throughout the day. The quality of work, speed of service, and overall experience exceeded my expectations, especially during a stressful situation like losing AC. If you find yourself needing HVAC work, hopefully not unexpectedly like I did, I highly recommend Urgent Air Services. They get the job done quickly, correctly, and at a fair price. I cannot recommend this company enough! Coty was incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable. We’ve had multiple companies look at our AC unit over the years, but Coty took the time to troubleshoot and fix the issue.
