- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers my process is to find out first, what they really want, and like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a trade high school where I studied culinary arts, then started working in my field at 16 and have just been learning on the job as I go ever since.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started by always being in the kitchen helping my mom, asking questions, and of course eating. Then when she worked late, my siblings let me cook and just made sure I didn’t burn the house down.
