Chef Justin was amazing! He turned my parents 50th wedding celebration into an experience of a lifetime. His food is delicious and was exactly what we’d planned. He was meticulously aware of our food allergies and everything was lick the plate fabulous! He truly gave our family a night well never forget.

The food was AMAZING! People are still raving about how good everything was. I requested a simple brunch menu to include mini chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, shrimp and grits, mini barbecue chicken tartlets, and fresh fruit. Justin was super professional, responsive, and easy to work with. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I contacted Chef JT to cater my party for 26 people. He was nice and sent me a menu to select from. I sent my selectons back but did not hear from him for one week. Fnally he replied that he could not do the job and just left. I think he was inconsiderate of my time and need. He left me with no choice but to find someone else. How unprofessional.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers my process is to find out first, what they really want, and like.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a trade high school where I studied culinary arts, then started working in my field at 16 and have just been learning on the job as I go ever since.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started by always being in the kitchen helping my mom, asking questions, and of course eating. Then when she worked late, my siblings let me cook and just made sure I didn’t burn the house down.
