- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just a fair price for great service with great results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Questions ! lots of them. We will be in your home a short while and in the daylight hours. We will rarely see the critters that you see, so we ask questions. We encourage the customer to ask questions. We will do our very best to answer everyone we can. Communications is the key to success and making our customers happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I am not working, I'm reading about my trade. I belong to the Greater Charleston Pest Control Association, we have classes one a month. Clemson offer special classes several times a year. I just completed a class on the proper way to write a CL-100 and now I have my Certificate. Yes I'm proud of it.
