Ashley and the team at B&D HVAC are consummate professionals. They showed up on time and diagnosed the issue. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and they charged me a very reasonable fee. I was so impressed that I have hired them to take over the annual maintenance for my HVAC system. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

We recently have had an issue with our daughters HVAC due to a manufacturer safety recall, which difficult to fix because of the builders placement in the home. Ashley has been on top of the situation since the beginning, reaching out to the manufacturer and constantly keeping us updated on the approval process. Mike was dispatched in a timely manner, and was able to diagnose and offer solutions to remedy the issue. Due to both Ashleys and Mikes involvement, we are confident this issue will be resolved satisfactorily. Based on our interactions thus far, I am very impressed with these team members of B&D Heating and Air.

Who knew living in SC there would be 20 degree weather? Ashley was able to fit me in when my heater went out and Brad showed up on time. Greatly appreciate them getting my system up and going. Highly recommend them. Thank you!
