We are very happy with the finished project. When the scope of the project changed, Donnie was clear and concise as to what additional work needed to be done, still completing the project during the planned time. He is professional, friendly, punctual and pays close attention to his craft. Even with the extra work, project still fit in our household budget. Donnie will be our first choice for any floor work needed in the future.

Donnie did a great job on our MBR shower repair. He clearly explained the scope of work when he provided the estimate and warned us about potential surprises when removing the tile and pan. He let us know his arrival time daily and most important, the end result looks great.

It was finally time to renovate my orthodontic practice that I opened in North Charleston in 2007 and I needed to replace the flooring in the bathrooms, break room and XRay with new tile. Additionally, I needed to repair the flooring around several of my dental chairs. Donnie used a box of our existing Vinyl tile for those repairs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will vary depending on the flooring product/styles. I will always have a no-cost estimate where I come and measure unless the property is out of my normal range of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have introduced myself, I come and check out the property, measure, and give a no cost quote. I want to get all the details of what the customers wants done and the time frame in which they need it done.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Originally started doing small help jobs in high school. Through the years, I picked up various trades until 2017 I picked up doing this work with Lowe’s and Keller Interiors.
