Bruna and another cleaner showed up at the assigned time, early even. Did a fair job on the upstairs in 2 and 1/2 hours, and arranged to have them return the following week to do the downstairs. They did not show up. First it was did not have your number then sick child, and finally never heard back. She said on the return I should mention anything that could have been done better, never got the chance, but sweeping out the non functional fireplace would have been nice, and sweeping and mopping under the claw foot bathtub would also have been a good thing to do on this first $165 deep cleaning.

You know your house and you told me how many years all the stuff have been sitting all around (Please don’t take me wrong, I’m not judging). I had to do way more then just cleaning. You were even surprise when I agreed to come back after all. I apologize for the inconvenience I caused not been able to reschedule with such short notice as you requested because I had a sick kid at home. I told you I was going to try to make arrangements to fit you in another day and that’s the reason you didn’t hear back from me, I wasn’t able to. I wish you better luck finding somebody else to clean for you.
