Two ladies came within the agreed upon time range, cleaned all of the areas we discussed, didn't wear shoes in the house as requested, were pleasant throughout, and finished in a little over 2 hours. They took the trash to the trash bin before leaving. There were just a couple very minor issues that resulted in a 4 rather than 5 rating. They had requested a paper towel, so I gave them a fairly full roll for them to use. I had to remind them to return it when they finished, and I was surprised how much of the roll was gone. Given how much they charge, they should supply their own paper towels, too, in my opinion. Before coming, they did say it was ok if I couldn't supply the trash bag and paper towel, so if I use them again, I will ask them to bring their own. Also, they did cute designs on the toilet paper rolls, including one that had a sticker thanking me for supporting the small business, which I appreciated; however, the way it was affixed to the roll, a one inch circle of moisture went through many rounds of the roll, which I thought was odd. All in all, I'd consider using them again because they were timely, reliable and did a decent job cleaning.

My home was cleaned amazingly well. We have had trouble in the past with cleaners not vacuuming or moping the floors and Thaís cleaned the whole house with extreme detail to everything and blew away our expectations.
