- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that you are, in part, purchasing a commodity service. However, what we feel sets us apart is our heavy emphasis on customer service, our priority placed on communication with clients, and our focus on providing a quality job no matter if it takes a little longer to get it done right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet a new client in person if at all possible in order to understand any special or unique requests / desires and to let them get a feeling for how sincere we are to meeting or exceeding their expectations. If meeting in person is impractical, we will still discuss over the phone and shared pictures.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working in the purchasing and contract management of a large array of products and services for 20 years. When we experienced a loss of multiple positions at the company due to a downturn, I felt that this was the ideal time to start a business that would be very fulfilling and a passion. It has been a great start and I cannot wait to grow through superior customer focus.
