I always make sure to get a clear understanding of what the customer is in need of. After a consultation or service call, I ensure all equipment needs are taken care of so that the work can be completed quickly for their convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold several degrees in electronics, electrical, and audio engineering.
