Mr. Donnie Cooper provided me a fair and reasonable quote for approximately 260 feet of black aluminum picket fence and two 5 foot arched gates. Unbeknownst to all of us, his supplier provided gates from a different manufacturer. Once realized, he quickly obtained the correct manufacturer's arched gates and replaced them. His crew works quickly and expeditiously. We are very pleased with the look and the secure feeling of the fence. We would highly recommend DC Fence & Rail for any fencing project. While the installation was progressing, one of my neighbors came by to look at the quality product and workmanship and asked that I bring Donnie by his place to quote for a future fencing project. I expect that my neighbor will also be pleased. Thank you for a great job. Steve B.

We are really pleased with the work. The fence looks great and we've gotten complements from the neighbors. The crew was able to install the day we moved in, a day earlier than expected, which was a relief for the dog. Quality work at the best price - couldn't ask for more!

Donnie Cooper is a man of his word. After having some trouble with HOA it pushed us right to the week of my son's birthday party. Donnie promised that he would have this fence installed before his party and he delivered on his word. After a short rain delay the fence went up in 2 days. They it finished it on Friday and it looks amazing. We got so many complements on it at the party. I would highly recommend DC Fence and Rail to anyone who is looking for a professional friendly and dependable company to work with. Thanks Donnie for standing behind your promise and I will recommend you to everyone:) If you need a fence Donnie Cooper is the man to call!!!!!

Donnie and his team were Amazing! Donnie will meet with you as many times as needed to ensure that you are happy with the job. I got a double picket 4.5 pool code fence for .44 acre area. They kept the fence flush to the ground so my daughter's 4lb Yorkie could not get out. The fence is also so strong my 95lb German Shepherd is not causing the fence to budge when he hits it. My neighbors were so impressed with the fence they got Donnie to do theirs as well. Best on price and quality by far! Thank you Donnie and team for the amazing service!
