My experience with Phillip G Smith Professional Land Surveyor, LLC was outstanding. His communication and appointment was timely and his execution of the project was superb. In addition, his price was very fair. Upon completion of the survey, Mr. Smith informed me of each marking and its significance. I highly recommend this firm.

We set up a day that would work for him to show up and survey the land. He did quick accurate work and was very professional. He explained what they were doing and marked all my corners for me. Did great job and very fair pricing. Will recommend him to others as the need arises.

He Surveyed our property in Fort Mill s carolina were subdividing. He was excellent at communicating when things would be done communicated well let us know about a delay in advance. Two thumbs up in my book. I had hired another surveyor and spent two months chasing him. Phillip was a very nice person to work with and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Phillip and Thumptack for putting us together

If there was a higher rating available I would give it. I put out a project on here and Phillip responded the same day (Friday). Quoted me a price and said he could do it Monday. It was done before I got home from work! I reached out a few days later because I didn't get a bill and he said he didn't leave it because he quoted me too high and needed to lower his price. Unheard of these days!! He's been nothing but responsive and professional. I will call him again anytime I need surveying done and will recommend him with no hesitation.
