I had Phil survey my property, mark the lines of my property and make a plat of the property depicting the lines and setbacks of the property. I was very pleased with Phil's work and would hire him again if I ever need another survey done. Phil was also very helpful in putting me in contact with someone who could clear my property.

He Surveyed our property in Fort Mill s carolina were subdividing. He was excellent at communicating when things would be done communicated well let us know about a delay in advance. Two thumbs up in my book. I had hired another surveyor and spent two months chasing him. Phillip was a very nice person to work with and I couldn't be happier. Phillip and his daughter were professional and got the job done extremely fast. Because he was able to locate the corners so quickly he even gave me a discount on the agreed upon price. What a standup guy!
