What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give an estimate over the phone. Ask for address, give you a call before arrival. Give you a text when arrive. Send a picture and a text after the job is done. That is when I would like to receive my payment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a kid, just doing things around the house for my mom.
