- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up an appointment to meet with my customer, look at their project ask and answer questions so that I have a definite understanding of what they want . From there I will work up a estimate for their job which will include all the sevices and cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in this field at the age of 18 where I began as a laborer. I worked under seasoned brick masons and was able to learn a lot about the business. I then began my career in masonry where I started my own business in 2002.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Repair work in brick, stone, concrete, new construction , walkways, patios brick walls,mailboxes ,brick and stone fireplaces.
