When you first reached out, I responded immediately — even though I was out of town with my family — because we genuinely value every customer. The morning of your scheduled service, our technician unexpectedly became ill and was unable to safely complete the job. As soon as I was notified, I woke my family up early, packed up, and began heading home from our trip specifically so I could personally make sure your pool was serviced or rescheduled for the very next day if my arrival time did not allow same-day completion. We made every effort to ensure you were taken care of despite the unforeseen circumstance. Before we could follow through on that solution, you chose to hire another company and asked us not to come, and then left a one-star review — even though we were actively working to resolve the issue and had not yet had the opportunity to service you. We understand that timing is important, and we always strive to communicate clearly and act quickly when unexpected situations arise. We truly did everything we reasonably could to accommodate you.
