Jacob my assigned plumber was to my home within a couple hours. He assessed the problem. Then provided two options forward (with no pressure). He was super professional, courteous, and a TRUE ASSET to Dr. ROOTER! I decided to proceed and with handshake and signature my project was started. He finished that afternoon. Work has a warranty. I am so glad i discovered Dr. ROOTER. 5 star all the way to this young plumber!!

Wasnt able to directly help out with my issue, but Jacob was great. Very honest and professional. Will call them again and ask for him if I have any other issues.
Dr Rooter's reply
Even when a fix isn't straightforward, honesty and professionalism should still be the standard, so we're glad that's what you got from Jacob, Ronnie. Appreciate you giving us another shot next time something comes up.

If not for the price, I’d give 5 stars!!! The initial quote seemed a bit much for a simple kitchen faucet swap however, the assigned plumber Eli Desrosier was very professional and made sure everything was functioning as it should prior to packing up. Eli was in and out under and hour and provided a professional install and experience…
