Jacob my assigned plumber was to my home within a couple hours. He assessed the problem. Then provided two options forward (with no pressure). He was super professional, courteous, and a TRUE ASSET to Dr. ROOTER! I decided to proceed and with handshake and signature my project was started. He finished that afternoon. Work has a warranty. If not for the price, I’d give 5 stars!!! The initial quote seemed a bit much for a simple kitchen faucet swap however, the assigned plumber Eli Desrosier was very professional and made sure everything was functioning as it should prior to packing up. Dr. Rooter's technician, Tim, came to take care of a mega clog we had at our house. The house is old, which means the pipes are old, but he got everything moving and working great. He had to work inside and outside of our house and was very contiatous of cleanliness as he worked. He worked above and beyond what most would do. We will definitely be calling them again if we are in need of their expertise. Thanks Dr. Rooter and Tim!
