Overall, Brandon was amazing! He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, polite, with great plumbing expertise! Today he installed my new dishwasher (& removed the old one); installed a new kitchen sink and faucet (& removed the old sink and garbage disposal). Brandon was very thorough; he gave me a detailed estimate that was reasonably priced. He explained everything to me before, during and after the work was performed. The job turned out to be way more complicated than expected, but Brandon fixed everything. He took the time to make sure the job was completed to its fullest. Brandon was great. Got right out and explained the issue to me. Didn't try to oversell and was willing to work with me on the repairs needed. I felt like I had been taken advantage of with OTHER plumbers in the past and did NOT feel like that with Brandon. Will be using him for future projects/repairs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is subject to change within reason. a small service fee is only to cover gas and time to come out and provide you with an estimate. not every application is the same so please understand that a more difficult job will be charged differently
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll call you about 30 minutes before arriving. introduce myself, give you a fair price on the repair. I'll be in and out as quick as I can. I don't like to waste time and I like to give the customer the rest of the day to themselves and not have to wait around or miss anything they may have planned.
