About

Hi, my name is Brandon. I’m a professional service plumber with several years of hands-on experience, and I take a lot of pride in my work and reputation. I handle a wide range of plumbing needs, including water heater installation and repair (tank and tankless), pipe repair and repiping, toilets, sinks and faucets, drains, plumbing inspections, and emergency plumbing. I also offer related home services such as bathroom remodeling, tile work, pressure washing, junk removal, and more. As a one-person business, you’ll always deal directly with me. My goal is simple: do the job right, treat your home with respect, and leave you feeling comfortable knowing you have a plumber you can trust and depend on. If you have any questions about a project or repair, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help.

There were 2 things I didn't like. (1) he gave me a date and time and didn't show. (2) He said he was going to put all new parts in the tank and gave me the price and he didn't and he still charged me the same price. What I really like is he took his time to do the job right. Work quality was excellent.

Brandon was great. Got right out and explained the issue to me. Didn't try to oversell and was willing to work with me on the repairs needed. I felt like I had been taken advantage of with OTHER plumbers in the past and did NOT feel like that with Brandon. Will be using him for future projects/repairs.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is subject to change within reason. a small service fee is only to cover gas and time to come out and provide you with an estimate. not every application is the same so please understand that a more difficult job will be charged differently
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll call you about 30 minutes before arriving. introduce myself, give you a fair price on the repair. I'll be in and out as quick as I can. I don't like to waste time and I like to give the customer the rest of the day to themselves and not have to wait around or miss anything they may have planned.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got 10+ years working in the field. I've had some schooling from midlands tech
