Brandon was great. Got right out and explained the issue to me. Didn't try to oversell and was willing to work with me on the repairs needed. I felt like I had been taken advantage of with OTHER plumbers in the past and did NOT feel like that with Brandon. Will be using him for future projects/repairs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is subject to change within reason. a small service fee is only to cover gas and time to come out and provide you with an estimate. not every application is the same so please understand that a more difficult job will be charged differently
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll call you about 30 minutes before arriving. introduce myself, give you a fair price on the repair. I'll be in and out as quick as I can. I don't like to waste time and I like to give the customer the rest of the day to themselves and not have to wait around or miss anything they may have planned.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got 10+ years working in the field. I've had some schooling from midlands tech
