- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to sit down with our customers and understand facts about the their unique situation. We like to understand what the source of the problem is/was, how long it has been since it was first noticed, and what they would like done about the problem. Once we totally understand the problem, and the customer's desired end result, we can make a plan to resolve the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in the following programs: WRT (Water Restoration Technician), AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), FSRT (Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician) and OCT (Odor Control Technician). Further, we have the following bachelor degrees on Staff: Mechanical Engineering, Biology, Agricultural Engineering and Business Administration
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We wanted to start a company where every day we were able to help people and our community.
