She was truly amazing. From the moment I reached out, she was so kind, professional, and made everything feel easy during a really hard time for me and my family. I contacted her only two days before the repast, and she still created the most beautiful balloon wall and centerpieces on such short notice. It meant more to me than I can put into words to have one less thing to worry about while grieving. I’m so grateful for her care, flexibility, and the beautiful work she did. I highly recommend her.

So, let me start by saying Taylor's decorations are top notch. I was beyond impressed. Her team is next level. My event was in Charlotte NC, the weather was bad which caused travel issues for my caterer. He ended up arriving 1 hour before my event started. After Taylor finished decorating the venue she and her team stayed throughtout the entire event to help the caterer keep the food tables full because he was understaffed. UNREAL!!! She knew how important my husband's 50th celebration was to me and didn't want it ruined because the food wasn't ready. I was absolutely amazed and beyond grateful. I cringe at how badly my event would've gone had they not helped out. Taylor. You and your team are an angels. Saturday after you decorated the event, you could've easily said " that's not my problem" and left, but you saw a need and helped out. I can't thank you enough.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer package discounts if a customer wants more than one rental or balloon design. We will package it all together for you with a discount. Each order is unique so once we get the full details we can give you the best price we can for your event!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process of working with a customer is making sure I understand their vision, colors, event type and the “vibe” they want for their special event. After understanding their vision and working within their budget we then move to the contract and retainer to secure their date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training would be customers asking for something I’ve never done and building structures customized for their events. My customers keep me striving to new levels!
