- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- We start with an in-depth discovery meeting to understand your goals, preferences, and the exact services you need (e.g., wedding music, live band, piano lessons, recording sessions, DJ services). - Based on the discussion, we tailor a unique, customized offer that fits your event or project. - We confirm details (songs, instrumentation, performers if needed, schedule) and finalize a written proposal or contract. - A deposit is typically required to lock in the date, followed by final confirmations as the event approaches or as the lesson plan begins. - On the day of service, we arrive prepared with the agreed setup and run through a final checklist to ensure everything goes smoothly.
