Excellent experience with Anthony. He assessed my rug before beginning to clean. He realized that it needed to be dry cleaned due to the delicate nature of the rug and water would have damaged my carpet. He did not have the dry cleaning materials on the truck but went to the supply store, got the correct products and came back and dry cleaned my rug. This enabled me not to have to take an additional day off from work. Anthony was very professional and explained everything very well. I would contact him again for any carpetcleaning needs.
