I have only been working at the church for about 6 months and my interactions with Crown Commercial has always been extremely professional, and whenever there has been a request of service, it was completed in a very timely manner. We strive to provide an accurate estimate based on the customer's initial request. We will need to conduct a brief walk-through of the property to give an exact quote. We are not always the cheapest company in town, but we do provide the best service. Our staff is friendly, professional, and well-trained.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer has signed with us, we work with them to develop a detailed checklist of all areas to be cleaned. Our staff is then trained on the specifics of each account. Management works onsite with the staff to ensure that our high standards are met.
