I had a great experience with him. He was very responsive from the start. He helped me work through my issue. We weren't able to resolve it, but he followed up the next day to attempt a solution. It worked and I was able to successfully install the OS and recover my Surface laptop. I would highly recommend his services.

Ryan was quick to reply to my printer problem I thought I had. He checked many things out, plus worked on an old computer that has some issues which he would need to come back for a few hours to work on. I feel really comfortable with him.
