Ryan was quick to reply to my printer problem I thought I had. He checked many things out, plus worked on an old computer that has some issues which he would need to come back for a few hours to work on. I feel really comfortable with him. He seems to have a lot of incite with technical issues. I asked for his card because he knows his stuff.
