Hire this guy! He'll do the job right for you. He was very responsive to my emails and texts, was on time (in fact, early) for both the estimate and the install. Easy to talk to, easy to work with. Excellent!! He called before coming, came when he said and completed when he said. Rich was thorough, and did exactly what he said he would do. He explained the up-keep and was friendly and courteous to everyone. We are very pleased with him and the new lighting.

Richard is very professional and really cares about his work and the people he services. He finished up today and everything seems awesome. He even agreed to return to do a walk through with the inspector. I've made up my mind, he is our electrician for both our residential and commercial building needs.
