Troy takes pride in his work and it shows: high quality materials, through diamond grinding, and took his time to make it look perfect. He was a good communicator: messaging me with updates, ETA, and answered technical questions in detail (thickness of material). Ultimately I chose to go with Troy because other guys would either not tell me the technical details of the product or provided vague answers. Troy was straight forward so he got my business. And the outcome was an immaculate floor.
