I contacted Katie to come along with my little sister and I for 3-4 hours as we explored Savannah together. Katie not only had great ideas but was excited to incorporate our ideas as well. She was so comfortable to work with, maintaining a judgement free atmosphere while helping us capture our fun day. Having her with us was just like having a close friend’s company…who also happens to be a professional photographer. With her help, we discovered beautiful places in Savannah we would have otherwise missed. I will be contacting Katie anytime I am back in the Georgia/South Carolina area again for any event. Ten of us were celebrating a friend’s bachelorette party in Charleston and we worked with Katie to have professional photos taken. Katie was friendly, professional and communicative. She showed up with a big backpack of equipment and ideas for postures and sites. The photos turned out so freakin adorable, and we’ll definitely be enjoying them for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend Katie for anyone who hopes to capture those precious/important moments in their lives!

Katie did a fantastic job of capturing our wedding day! We had a small intimate ceremony with just a few family and friends. She was quick to respond to the initial request for business, was easy to work with regarding what I was looking for on our wedding day, and was really quick with her turn around of edited photos as well as providing all the raw images on a jump drive the day of the wedding! A lot of the raw images were just as stunning as the ones that were edited! You definitely cannot go wrong working with Katie!

when working with someone new I always remain fully transparent with them, make them feel comfortable and make sure their needs and desires are met with their photos and their experience with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught with 15+ years experience and I took photography in high school as well. I am always learning and playing with my camera as well as upgrading equipment regularly. I take photos in my free time so I spend a lot of time behind the lens.
