- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest, but we are not the most expensive either. We give you the Five Star Quality, without the Five Star Price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to you home, take exact laser measurements, get a feel for the job and what vision you are going for, then I will enter all the information into my computer that uses proprietary software to calculate the price. Once that is done, I print your quote before I leave. The price includes the paint as well as all prep and labor.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a customer before I was a franchise owner. I was looking to get out of the corporate world, and decided to look into a franchise. We, my wife and I, first looked into the food industry, but decided against it, and found the home service industry was more up our alley.
