- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Originally wanted to be a psychologist with FBI... But got the bug working in a 5 Star hotel in Richmond, Virginia as a server in the banquet department. I spent so much time in the kitchen talking to the chefs that I realized I was on the wrong path. Moved to Boston and went to culinary school....
- What types of customers have you worked with?
A lot of our signature cakes (listed on our website), we also provide to a few restaurants in town. In addition, our design cakes are wedding, birthdays and all types of events.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask lots of questions about what they provide and what is included in the price. Especially for large specialty design cakes.
